Bob Hubbell

Bob Hubbell is Brookfield Residential’s President in Washington, responsible for overseeing the Mid-Atlantic operations for the Land and Housing division and consumer-facing Brookfield Residential brand.

Bob joined Brookfield Residential in 1987 as Vice President on Land Development, then Vice President of Sales and Marketing and becoming group President in 1997. Before joining Brookfield Residential, he was a partner at CPJ & Associates a Civil Engineering firm.

Bob has 40 years of experience in the Land and Housing Business and hold a BS of Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is actively involved on the boards of the Lisa Sechrist Memorial Fund, the Land Development Design Initiative at Virginia Tech Engineering School and Old Dominion National Bank.
