Brad Chelton

President, Texas at Brookfield Residential

Brad Chelton is Brookfield Residentials’ President in Texas, responsible for leading the land and housing operations. He is responsible for the Texas land portfolio, which consists of roughly 15,000 residential lots that are actively under development in some of the most desirable Austin and Houston area submarkets, and the housing operation which delivers roughly 500-700 units per year within the land portfolio.

Brad joined Brookfield in 2014 in the Arizona division and transferred to the Texas division in 2019.

An active participant in the development and construction industry, Brad serves on the Board of Directors for the Austin area Home Builders Association and is also active with the Urban Land Institute at the local and national levels serving on multiple committees, including the national Community Development Council. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana as well as a Certificate in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He and his wife Sarah have three daughters
