Jon van de Voorde

Jon Van De Voorde, PE, is a seasoned professional in real estate development and finance, currently serving as Senior Director at Brookfield Residential since June 2023. With a comprehensive background spanning over two decades, Jon has held key positions including Director of Development at Watermark Companies, and various roles at Brookfield Residential, Manhard Consulting, NexMetro Communities, Wilbow Corporation, Bluegreen Communities, Greystone Communities, and Bury & Partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & Strategic Leadership from SMU Cox School of Business, a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Physics from Illinois State University. Currently, Jon is pursuing further studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
