Karen Baugher

Karen Baugher currently serves as the Marketing Manager for Brookfield Residential, a prominent North American home builder and land developer, since June 2023. With extensive experience in marketing management, Karen previously held similar positions at Lennar and CalAtlantic Homes, where significant marketing efforts were directed for major divisions in the Virginia and D.C. Metro areas. Additionally, Karen has been an Executive Director and Independent Beauty Guide with LimeLife by Alcone since December 2017, specializing in organic skincare and professional cosmetics. Previous roles also include serving as Client Services Director at Creating Results - Strategic Marketing from September 1999 to August 2015. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree from George Mason University and has further education from California State University-Sacramento.
