Shawn Patterson

Shawn Patterson has over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Shawn began their career as a Construction Manager at DR Horton in 2000 and later worked as a Project Manager and Area Construction Manager at Standard Pacific Homes. In 2007, they started their own company, Patterson Homes, where they served as Owner/Operator until 2010. From 2010 to 2019, Shawn worked at Lennar Homes as the Vice President of Operations. Shawn then joined PACESETTER HOMES, L.L.C. as the VP of Construction before taking on their current role as Vice President of Operations at Brookfield Residential since 2020.
