Tony Pauker

Tony Pauker is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisitions and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Brookfield Properties and Senior Director of Land Acquisition at Brookfield Residential since April 2016, Tony specializes in land acquisition in Southern California. Previous roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at ColRich, where land acquisition for "for-sale" and apartment development opportunities was the focus, and Vice President of Development at City Ventures, overseeing land acquisition and permitting for residential housing. Tony has also worked with BRIDGE Housing Corporation, The Olson Company, and DDR OliverMcMillan, demonstrating a comprehensive background in various aspects of real estate development. Tony holds an MBA and a Master’s in Urban Planning from USC Marshall School of Business, as well as a BA in Geography from UCLA.
