Monica Dallio

Monica Dallio is a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience across the employment lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Currently, Monica serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Public Securities Group at Brookfield Asset Management, a position held since 2017. Monica's previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at ABN AMRO Asset Management and Talent Acquisition and Employee Programs Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Monica earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Francis.
