Deborah Lange

Deborah Lange has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Brookhaven National Laboratory since August 2007. In this role, Deborah focuses on performance management, organizational change management, and executing employment strategies for attracting and retaining a diverse workforce. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Human Resources Manager at Central Semiconductor Corp. from March 1999 to July 2007, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits administration. Deborah's career began at the Greentree Foundation as an Assistant to the Superintendent and HR Representative, managing HR and administrative functions for a staff of 70 from July 1989 to August 1998. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education from SUNY Oneonta and has completed a SPHR certification prep course at St. Joseph's University New York.
