John Galvin

John Galvin serves as a Senior Applications Engineer at Brookhaven National Laboratory since June 1999, where responsibilities include the analysis, design, development, testing, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of web-based applications that support the Lab's strategic mission. Previously, John held the position of Senior Public Affairs Representative, focusing on advanced science writing, media communications, and project management. In addition, John was a Commissioner at the Wading River Fire District from January 2007 to September 2009. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Government & Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, both from Stony Brook University.
