Phyllis Cannella

Phyllis Cannella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training. Currently serving as a Leadership Training Specialist at Brookhaven National Laboratory since November 2022, Cannella's previous roles include Senior Organizational Development Manager at Piping Rock Health Products and various leadership positions at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included directing the Asset & Wealth Management Talent Institute and overseeing learning and development initiatives. Prior experience includes a tenure as Program Manager for Analyst Training Programs at Morgan Stanley and a Vice President role at Credit Suisse. In addition to corporate roles, Cannella has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the New York Institute of Technology. Cannella holds an MS in Instructional Design/Technology from the New York Institute of Technology and a BA in English/Secondary Education from St. Joseph's University New York. Current educational endeavors include studies at Cornell University.
