Richard Skelaney

Richard Skelaney has extensive experience in electronics and communications, currently serving as an Electronic Technical Specialist at Brookhaven National Laboratory since March 2012, where responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting complex technical equipment. Prior roles include a Senior Lead Field Service Representative at ManTech International, overseeing the maintenance and repair of Targeting and Surveillance systems, and a Project Engineer with the NY Air National Guard, where a Top Secret Clearance was held. Previous positions involved supervising field engineers at Paging Network, managing electronic repairs at Biodex Medical Systems, and providing emergency medical care as a Paramedic. Richard holds an Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and has completed various specialized training courses throughout a career spanning several decades.
