Shari Lindner

Shari Lindner, M.S., currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Brookhaven National Laboratory, leading a team of nine employees in implementing Lab-wide training programs, including Nuclear Safety and regulatory training. With a focus on collaboration and development strategy, Shari has successfully designed comprehensive training initiatives, managed succession planning, and fostered strong relationships with senior leadership to identify training needs. Prior to this role, Shari held various positions at Marcum LLP, Hofstra University, New York University, Hire Heroes USA, and served in the US Navy, demonstrating a strong commitment to talent management, career development, and veteran support. Shari possesses a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of San Diego, along with an Archaeological Field School Certificate from the University of Liverpool.
