Tom Roza

Tom Roza possesses extensive experience in facility management, highlighted by a current role as Facility Complex Manager at Brookhaven National Laboratory, overseeing 1 million square feet of property and ensuring the operational readiness of facilities. Previous positions at Brookhaven include Deputy Manager of Maintenance & Fabrication Services and Site Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed managing diverse maintenance programs and large-scale operational teams. Prior to Brookhaven, Tom served as Facility Support Manager in the Reactor Division, providing essential support for research facilities, and honed technical skills as a Submarine Sonar Technician in the United States Navy. Tom holds a B.S. in Vocational Education Studies from Southern Illinois University and an A.A.S. in Terminal Forestry from Paul Smiths College.
