Alyssa M. Perez

Alyssa M. Perez has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Support Technician at The Brookings Institution since May 2014. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked as a Data Migration Technician at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and as an Information Technology Specialist for the Washington Redskins. Additional experience includes positions as a Help Desk Specialist at ManTech and a Customer Service Representative for Verizon Wireless. Alongside a self-employed photography venture, Alyssa holds multiple degrees from the University of Maryland Global Campus, including a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security, a Graduate Certificate in the same field, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Alyssa began academic studies with an Associate of Arts degree from Leeward Community College.
