Molly Kinder

Molly Kinder is a nationally recognized expert in the future of work, economic inequality, AI, and labor policy, currently serving as a Fellow at The Brookings Institution since October 2019. Kinder leads a multi-year project focused on the impact of generative AI on work and has produced highly viewed publications that have influenced policy changes requiring higher pay for workers across various jurisdictions. Prior experience includes roles as a Trustee at The RSA, a Nonresident Senior Fellow and Senior Adviser at New America, research and teaching positions at Georgetown University, and leadership roles at organizations such as the Global Innovation Fund and the ONE Campaign.
