Tara Moulson

Tara Moulson currently serves as the Media Relations & Outreach Manager for Governance Studies at The Brookings Institution since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tara held several positions at New America from January 2020 to March 2023, progressing from Communications & Editorial Intern to Senior Communications Associate. Tara gained valuable experience as a Communications Assistant at CIBC in 2018, where new initiatives and employee engagement activities were developed. Earlier, Tara worked as a Student Coordinator at the University of Toronto’s Centre for International Experience, focusing on programming for international students. Experience at CIBC also includes roles as a Project Control Officer and Settlement Officer, supporting project management and foreign exchange trade settlements. Tara holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History with a Spanish minor from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Cambridge.
