Yavuz A.

Yavuz A. is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in founding and overseeing technology-driven companies. Currently serving as the Chief Investment Adviser at Innovation Trust since October 2024, Yavuz has played a pivotal role in advancements in senolytic therapy through Eternans. Previous roles include being a member of the Global Leadership Council at The Brookings Institution since July 2016, and founding key companies such as Stericool A.S, which specializes in low temperature plasma sterilizers and was acquired by Getinge Group in 2015; Approxy Inc Ltd, a cloud gaming company acquired by Numecent in 2014; and Dogu Tip Merkezi, a diagnostic imaging service provider acquired by Gulf Capital in 2013. Yavuz’s entrepreneurial journey also includes founding Grandeye Limited, known for high-resolution CCTV technology, as well as co-founding several other technology firms. Academically, Yavuz holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a PhD in Computer Simulation from Loughborough University.
