Zoe Swarzenski

Zoe Swarzenski is a Policy Analyst and Project Manager at The Brookings Institution, with prior experience as a Carnegie Mellon Fellow and an intern at the U.S. Department of State. In the City of Boston, Zoe served as the Director of Neighborhood Services for City Councilor Josh Zakim, where responsibilities included managing 30,000 individuals, overseeing zoning and development processes, and executing constituent service requests. Prior roles include Undergraduate Research Assistant at MIT Election and Data Science Lab, Administrative Assistant at Wellesley College, and various internships with organizations such as Google and Louisiana Public Broadcasting. Zoe holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature and Computer Science from Wellesley College.
