Carl M. Carlson

Mr. Carlson currently serves as the Company's Co-President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2014 through June 2021, Mr. Carlson served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. From 2011 until 2014, Mr. Carlson served as a Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Webster Financial Corporation and as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance from 2007 to 2011. From 1986 until 2007, Mr. Carlson was employed by North Fork Bancorporation in a series of positions, including Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. Mr. Carlson earned a Master's in Business Administration from Dowling College and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Clarkson University.
