David Dugan

David Dugan is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in risk analysis and financial planning. Currently serving as Risk Analyst III at Brookline Bancorp Inc since October 2022, David previously held the position of Risk Analyst II within the same company. David's experience includes a role as FP&A Consultant at Empyrean Solutions and Junior Tax Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Earlier in 2020, David was a Defined Contribution Sales Co-op at MFS Investment Management. David holds a Master of Science in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and International Business, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. David also participated in a study abroad program in Denmark in 2018.
