Jasmine B.

Jasmine B. has a diverse work history, starting in 2010 as a Teaching Artist at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Jasmine then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist and Teaching Artist at The Juilliard School from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they also began working as a Private Teacher and Blogger through Teach Lessons.

From 2009 to 2015, Jasmine worked at Starbucks Coffee Company as a Barista, where they gained experience in customer service, food preparation, and marketing.

In 2016, they became a Teaching Artist with Educational Alchemy, teaching performing arts to 11th-grade students at Queens High School of Teaching. Jasmine continued this role until 2017.

In 2017, Jasmine took on the role of Temporary Administrative Assistant at Clarity LLC, while also working as a Teaching Artist for the Classical Theatre of Harlem. Jasmine'srole with the Classical Theatre of Harlem involved teaching a 6-week theater class to 14-18-year-olds, focusing on Shakespeare, classical text, improvisation, and devised theater.

From 2019 to 2021, Jasmine worked as Front Desk Staff at Church Street Boxing Gym. Currently, they are a Teaching Artist at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Throughout their work experience, Jasmine has also pursued freelance opportunities as an actor, voice-over talent, and musician.

Jasmine B. completed their BFA in Acting at Wright State University from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued an Artist Diploma in Drama at The Juilliard School from 2011 to 2015.
