Missy's career began as a Desktop Publisher and Graphic Designer, holding various positions from August 1998 to August 2004.

Missy Flower, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Public Administration from New York University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theater from The University of Texas at Austin.
