Missy's career began as a Desktop Publisher and Graphic Designer, holding various positions from August 1998 to August 2004.

Missy Flower, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Public Administration from New York University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theater from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their formal education, Missy Flower has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills.
