Yasmar Cruz has a diverse work experience in the field of education and dance. They recently joined Accent Dance NYC as the Director of Education & Community Development in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Brooklyn Academy of Music as a Teaching Artist- African Dance Beats since August 2019. From January 2019 to September 2021, they served as a Dance Teacher at MESA Charter High School.
