Emma Cookson

Emma Cookson is currently the Operations & Finance Director at Brooklyn Arts Council, where Emma ensures financial and administrative operations align with the organization's strategic plan. Previously, Emma held leadership roles at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, managing arts services and festivals while developing relationships with key stakeholders. Their experience at the British Council involved managing international performing arts projects. Emma holds a Level 5 Diploma for Leaders & Managers from The Institute of Leadership & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama with English from Loughborough University.
