Petr Albert has extensive work experience in the food manufacturing industry. Petr started their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where they were responsible for the technical readiness of various food manufacturing and processing equipment. Petr later joined Uncle Wally's, Inc. as a Maintenance/Engineering/Facilities Manager, where they led the planning and execution of capital improvement projects and established and led Maintenance and Engineering Departments. Petr then progressed to the role of Supply Chain Director at Uncle Wally's, Inc., where they were responsible for contract negotiations, just-in-time deliveries, and cost reductions in transportation and logistics. Petr then joined Mondelēz International as a Director of Operations, overseeing a 24/7 baking operation and warehousing with a large team and nationwide delivery. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Plant Operations at Brooklyn Brands. Throughout their career, Petr has demonstrated leadership in food-safe operations, personnel safety, training/coaching, and culture building.
Petr Albert earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, completing the program from 1991 to 1995.
