Dylan House is the Director of Public Programs at Brooklyn Children’s Museum. He oversees all cultural festivals, public programs, and nurtures partnerships with artists and performers to create welcoming experiences with and for the Brooklyn community.

Dylan comes to Brooklyn Children’s Museum with a background in cultural programming, community engagement, and participatory art. Previously he served as Public Programs Manager at Queens Botanical Garden, creating events that bring together and reflect the diverse communities of Queens. Prior to his time at the Garden, Dylan was Director of Community Design at Hester Street, an organization that engages communities in shaping their City, where he worked on community based plans, public art installations, and led k-12 design education programs. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, and has lived in Fort Greene for over 20 years.
