Dorothy Hughes-Friedman

Dorothy Hughes-Friedman has over 20 years of work experience. Dorothy began their career at Brooklyn Defender Services in 2001, where they held roles such as Supervising Attorney and currently serves as the Criminal Practice Director, Integrated Defense. In 2015, they also took on the position of Adjunct Professor at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where they taught until 2019.

Dorothy Hughes-Friedman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at St. Joseph's University in New York. Dorothy then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center from 1985 to 1988.
