Joyce Kendrick

Joyce Kendrick has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Joyce began their career in 1997 as a Senior Trial Attorney at Brooklyn Defender Services, where they worked until 2019. During their time there, they gained extensive trial experience. In 2015, they also served as an Adjunct Professor at Touro Law Center. Since 2019, they have been working at Brooklyn Defenders, initially as the Attorney in Charge of the Mental Health Representation Team. Joyce then served as the Deputy Managing Director of the Criminal Practice before assuming their current role as Managing Director of the Criminal Practice in June 2022.
