Wes Hazard

Wes Hazard is a seasoned professional in digital media and entertainment, currently serving as a Digital Media Specialist at Brooklyn Defenders since August 2023. Hazard is an active member of SAG-AFTRA and co-hosts the nationally broadcast program Stories From The Stage, which focuses on impactful storytelling about significant societal issues. As a self-employed writer and stand-up comic, Hazard has published a poetry chapbook and a humor book, and has been recognized as one of the "5 Boston Comedians To Watch" by the Boston Globe Magazine. Experience also includes roles as a Quizmaster for The Big Quiz Thing, a Content Curator for Publishers Clearing House, and a Senior Support Specialist at LevelUp, as well as a Media Services Assistant at Boston College. Wes Hazard holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and a BA in Political Science and Government and Film Studies from Boston College.
