Heriberto Torrado

Heriberto Torrado is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT at Brooklyn Emerging Leaders Academy (BELA) Charter High School since May 2024. With extensive experience in IT management, Heriberto previously held the same role at Harlem School of the Arts from September 2017 to April 2024. Prior to these positions, Heriberto was the Owner and CTO of NetDreams S.C. from January 2004 to August 2017, where responsibilities included supervising technicians and overseeing IT project design and implementation. Earlier roles include serving as the CTO at Pym.es and the IT Director at Mercado Libre, managing IT projects across multiple Spanish offices. Heriberto holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, in addition to a Master's in Graphic Design and Marketing from Escuela Superior de Publicidad and a Master's Degree in Networks System Management from Zener Academia de Electronica Industrial Aplicada.
