Karina Ong Cruz

Karina Ong Cruz is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in early childhood education and program leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Early Childhood Programs at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School since July 2025, Karina previously held leadership roles at Staten Island Academy and Metropolitan Montessori School, where responsibilities included curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and community engagement. Karina has a strong background in fostering relationships with stakeholders, driving curricular innovation, and ensuring student well-being. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Family Life and Child Development from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University.
