Olga Rycko-Barrios

Olga Rycko-Barrios is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Compliance and Academic Operations Manager at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School since November 2022. Prior to this role, Olga worked at Williamsburg Charter High School as a Teacher from August 2019 to November 2022. Olga's experience also includes various positions at Bedford Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter School between August 2015 and August 2019, including K-8 School Systems Manager, Middle School Coordinator, Assessment Coordinator, and ESL Teacher. In addition, Olga was the Site Director at KLC Champions from December 2012 to December 2014. Olga holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Secondary English Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, both obtained from Smith College.
