Adrienne Adams

Adrienne Adams is an Ex-Officio at Brooklyn Museum. Adrienne was previously at Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) from July 2018 to June 2020, where they were the LACMA Emerging Arts Professional Fellow. Before that, they were at Oakwood School from August 2017 to June 2018 as a Classroom Aide. Prior to that, they were at REACH LA from June 2016 to May 2018 as a Programming Assistant / Development Assistant.

Adrienne Adams earned their PhD in American Studies and Ethnicity from the University of Southern California. Adrienne also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Critical Theory and Social Justice from Occidental College. Additionally, they have a degree in Drama and English from the University of Sussex.
