Christina Marinelli

Christina Marinelli is an experienced museum educator with a strong background in adult learning and academic programs. Currently serving as Supervising Museum Instructor and Associate Manager of Adult Learning at Brooklyn Museum since September 2018, Christina oversees the Art, Research, and Teaching (A.R.T.) initiatives. Previously, at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from September 2013 to September 2018, Christina held multiple roles, including Programs Associate for Academic and Professional Programs, where object-based conversations were facilitated for diverse audiences. Christina's early career involved developing inquiry-based tours and assisting in various educational events at The Metropolitan Museum. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology from Bryn Mawr College and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Classical Archaeology from the Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York and Hunter College.
