Elizabeth Venditto

Elizabeth Venditto, PhD, serves as the Director of Institutional Giving & Government Grants at the Brooklyn Museum, overseeing corporate relations from October 2024 to March 2025. Prior experience includes directing institutional giving at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, where strategic fundraising for operations and programming was implemented from 2022 to 2024. Venditto held the same title at the Tenement Museum from 2018 to 2022, managing grant applications and securing funding through successful proposals to notable foundations. Additional roles include serving as a policy analyst at the NYC Office of the Mayor and managing the Immigrant Stories project at the Immigration History Research Center. Venditto’s academic background includes a B.A. in History and Romance Languages from the University of Notre Dame and a PhD in Immigration History from the University of Minnesota.
