Emily Schagrin

Emily Schagrin currently serves as the Director of HR Operations and Director of Network Operations at Prospect Schools since February 2022. Previously, Emily held the position of Director of Special Projects and Special Projects Coordinator at Uncommon Schools from February 2018 to February 2022, focusing on developing efficient operational systems and enhancing school environments for optimal student experiences. Earlier roles include Food & Beverage Sales Coordinator at Marriott International and Math & Science Teacher at Caliber Schools, where Emily implemented innovative teaching strategies and integrated technology to enhance student learning. Emily's career began as a Lead Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools, achieving significant student assessment rankings and fostering supportive learning environments. Emily also contributed to research at the Cognitive Aging Laboratory at the University of Virginia while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and later obtaining a Master’s Degree in General and Special Education from Touro University.
