Social Studies Teacher at Brooklyn Technical High School

Jeff Locke is an experienced educator and legal professional currently serving as a Social Studies Teacher at Brooklyn Technical High School since December 2021, where instruction focuses on Criminal Law for eleventh graders. In addition to this role, Jeff Locke has been an Adjunct Professor at John Jay College since August 2017, teaching graduate courses in corruption and global justice, transnational crime, and international war crimes tribunals, as well as an undergraduate course on financial fraud. Prior professional experience includes serving as Director at Navigant from June 2007 to August 2018, specializing in financial crime investigations and regulatory compliance. Jeff Locke also held the position of Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the New York State Attorney General from April 2005 to May 2007, leading investigations into various forms of fraud. Earlier experience includes being a Legal Officer with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo and an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia. Jeff Locke earned a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania.
