The Finance and Accounting team at Brooklyn Workforce Innovations is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and ensuring compliance with funding regulations. They oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting processes, while also supporting the development and communication efforts to enhance individual giving and secure contracts that fund BWI's mission of empowering low- and moderate-income individuals through career training and resources.
