T.s. Ramesh

T.S. Ramesh currently serves as the VP Global Controller & CAO at Brooks Automation since December 2022. Previously, Ramesh held the position of Vice President of Finance at Toast, Inc. from March 2019 to December 2021, and prior to that, worked as the Global Controller at Wayfair from December 2013 to February 2019. Ramesh also served as Vice President & Controller at Zipcar Inc. until its acquisition by Avis in 2013, and held the role of Vice President of Finance at Soapstone Networks Inc., formerly known as Avici Systems, from April 2003 to September 2009. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager at Sycamore Networks (2001-2003), Controller at InteQ Corporation (1999-2001), Finance Manager at Wang Global (1999), and Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1992-1999). Ramesh holds an MS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Loyola College.
