Joseph Knight

Joseph Knight is a legal professional with extensive experience in various aspects of law, including medical negligence, insurance defense, and general litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Brooks Injury Law, LLC since November 2022, Joseph leads the firm’s medical negligence practice. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions as an Attorney at FAIN, MAJOR & BRENNAN, P.C., specializing in auto accident and premises liability defense, and as an Associate Attorney at Webb & Taylor, LLC, where focus was on representing victims of medical negligence. Joseph's earlier experience includes general litigation at Daniel, Hadden & Alford, P.C., and legal clerk positions at FNC, Inc. and North Mississippi Rural Legal Services, along with internships with the State of Georgia Governor's Office. Joseph earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Georgia.
