Mark Zeffiro

Mark Zeffiro is the current Managing Partner at Brooks International and was previously the Operating Partner at Cascade Partners from June 2018 to November 2020. Mark has also served as the President and CEO of Horizon Global from January 2015 to May 2018.

Mark Zeffiro has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Mark began their career at Atkore International, where they held various positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Finance. Mark then joined Cascade Partners as an industrial representative, responsible for accessing opportunities, presenting to clients, and helping with deal execution.

In 2015, Mark Zeffiro was recruited to Horizon Global as the company’s first Chief Executive Officer. During their tenure, they oversaw the company’s growth from a $500 million business to a $1 billion business within three years. Mark also restructured the North American enterprise to reduce costs by 30% and inventory levels by 25%.

Mark Zeffiro is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mark Zeffiro has a BS in Quantitative Analysis from Bentley University and they went to Avon High School.

Mark Zeffiro reports to Lui Damasceno, Chief Executive Officer. Mark Zeffiro works with Julian Sperring-Toy - Managing Partner, Kevin Belovsky - Director of Assessment Quality, and Paul Kreis - Organizational Development Executive.
