Mark Robson

Mark Robson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational resilience and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Operational Resilience Manager at Brooks Macdonald since June 2022, Mark also founded eQuester Ltd in May 2017, creating the PowerPony platform aimed at providing affordable training for polo. Prior roles include an instructor at YES! Driving School from May 2017 to June 2022, where driving lessons were delivered in various locations, and co-founding Concilianda, which focused on persuasion and negotiation training. Mark served in the UK Ministry of Defence for over 26 years, holding roles as a Royal Marine and in UK Special Forces. Mark’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The Open University and attendance at Culford School.
