Sarah Henry

Sarah Henry, DPT, has extensive experience in the field of physical therapy, currently serving as a Physical Therapist at Brooks Rehabilitation since February 2019 and as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Taylor Care Center Inc since February 2015. Previous roles include instructing as a PTA Program Instructor at Concorde Career Colleges and the University of Southernmost Florida, along with various positions as a Physical Therapist Assistant at several healthcare facilities. Educationally, Sarah Henry earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Oklahoma City Community College.
