Denis Knight

Denis Knight, CPA, has extensive experience in corporate tax oversight, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Tax at Brookshire Grocery Company since February 2001. In this role, Denis manages all tax compliance responsibilities, including income tax accounting in accordance with ASC 740 and FAS 109, and oversees various tax types such as federal and state income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, property tax, and excise tax. Prior to this position, Denis worked as the Director of Corporate Tax at the same company and served as a Senior Staff Accountant at Dowd & Company, PLLC, CPAs from June 1996 to February 2001. Denis earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from LeTourneau University, graduating in 1996.
