Robert Marta

Robert Marta has extensive experience in retail and restaurant operations, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Operations at Brookshire Grocery Company since January 2000. Previous roles at Brookshire include District Manager and Store Director, where responsibilities encompassed complete store management, talent development, budget attainment, merchandising, and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to Brookshire, Robert’s career included positions such as Assistant Manager and Store Manager at McDonald's, and Checkout Supervisor and Outside Sales Representative at Sam's Club, demonstrating a strong foundation in team leadership and operational efficiency. Robert holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, as well as an Associate degree from Tyler Junior College.
