Blanka Baran

Blanka Baran has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Research and Development Technician for Brookside Flavors and Ingredients. In 2020, they worked as a Quality Lab Technician for BD, where they cooperated with engineers and study directors to ensure that projects were completed according to protocol and communicated with other technicians to ensure that experiments were completed in a timely fashion. From 2017-2020, they worked as a Barista and Barista Trainer for Starbucks, where they implemented Starbucks best practices to provide customers consistent coffee-based beverages, answered customers' questions and resolved complaints promptly and professionally, and trained new partners/employees and enforced company rules and standards.

Blanka Baran attended Illinois Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Blanka also attended Dominican University from 2014 to 2020, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
