Customer Experience Specialist – Make It Happen Team at Brookside Flavors & Ingredients

Morgan Witt has worked in various roles since 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Phone Worker/Cashier at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, where they were a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store, achieved high sales percentage with consultative, value focused customer service approach, and developed knowledge and understanding of recurrent customer needs. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Customer Sales Representative/Receptionist at Emperor Limousine, where they scheduled client appointments and reservations, was versatile and multi-skilled in managing high call volume, guaranteed positive customer experiences, and resolved all customer complaints. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Customer Service Representative at Aetna Bearing Company, where their responsibilities included generating a production report for morning meetings, creating weekly shipment reports, processing orders, and coordinating national and international delivery of shipments. From 2017 to present, they have been a Sales Associate at Binny's Beverage Depot, where they assist customers to locate products, makes suggestions, and answers any questions they may have had with inventory selections that constantly feature new products. Since July 2020, they have also been the Technical and Commercial Administrator and the Committee Administrator for the Technical Project Committee at Brookside Flavors and Ingredients, where their primary responsibilities include putting together sample order invoices, boxing samples for shipment, supporting the shipping department with organization and coordinating paperwork, and monitoring the daily customer email tracking system. Additionally, they assist various departments when needed to ensure company operations continue to operate smoothly and broadens their understanding of the organization as a whole.

Morgan Witt attended York Community High School from 2004 to 2008, earning a diploma in General Education. Morgan then attended the College of DuPage from 2008 to 2011, earning an Associate's Degree in General Studies.
