Lauren Richner

Lauren Richner has extensive experience in leadership and safety management within recreational environments. Currently serving as a Manager at Brookside Golf and Country Club since May 2018, Lauren supervises the pool, ensuring the safety of members and employees while facilitating smooth operations through effective communication with other divisions. Prior experience as a Lifeguard involved overseeing guest safety, teaching swim lessons, and coaching young swimmers. In addition, Lauren holds leadership roles in Delta Gamma as Vice President of Member Education and Director of Scholarship. Academically, Lauren is pursuing a degree at Denison University, anticipated to graduate in May 2025, following a high school diploma from Worthington Kilbourne High School in 2021.
