Rob's love for physical fitness began at the age of five when he discovered his skill and excitement for competitive swimming. At Ohio University, Rob specialized in breaststroke and finished in the top eight in the Mid-American Conference. Rob graduated from OU in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business degree. Rob has been introduced to a variety of training techniques and theories, including the traditional bodybuilding aspects of exercise to a more complex sports medicine perspective. Rob can train any age, those with illness or injury, in need of significant weight loss, or an athlete of any caliber. As a Triathlon Coach, Rob is able to instruct and teach the necessary training methods of bicycling, running, swimming, nutrition, and strength training to compete properly. Rob's credentials include ACE Personal Training Certification, CPR/AED Certified, First Aid Certified, ACE Exercise for Older Adults and is an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant.
