Jennifer Hippen

Jennifer Hippen serves as the Vice President of Renovations at Brookside Properties, Inc. since May 2007, leading a renovation project management department overseeing the acquisition, renovation, and management of multifamily assets nationwide, with an annual renovation budget of $40 million and supervisory responsibility for over 15 staff. Prior experience includes an account manager role at Lyon Travel Agency, where Jennifer developed international tour packages for over 180 programs, and property management positions at Brookside Properties, Inc. and SWH Properties, focusing on budgeting, marketing, and financial oversight. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in International Tourism from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
